Sport scholarships are offered each year to suitable student-athletes. The scholarships range in value from $1000 to $4000.
These funds assist with expenses relating directly to studying at University or the pursuit of sporting goals. In addition to the standard scholarship a number of combined scholarships are offered in conjunction with the University's residential colleges. In this case, both Sydney University Sport and the respective provider contribute to the accommodation costs of the student-athlete concerned. The generosity of the University Senate and other donors has enabled specific scholarships to be awarded to outstanding student-athletes.
